We are aware of green areas and the improvement and correct planning of the lands contribute to a greater comfort of the communities that enjoy it. Therefore, we understand that residential, industrial and tourism development should improve the areas in which it is produced.
Knowledge
We have been humble witnesses to urban developments over the last 25 years, attending countless situations where demand of rapid economic returns has not respected the land as the raw material that it is, for the development of towns, cities and neighborhood.
Our formation and experience lead us to discuss the development model that has predominated, the typologies of products which from our perspective, we consider it obsolete, the inert management of assets, the squander of private and public resources, and the shortage of vision about the sustainability and balance between green and gray.
Our vision is to innovate in developing and maintaining balanced communities, where social and environmental respect secure our principles. We have developed a portfolio of services focused on Improving and Innovating in the Design, Development and Management of Tourist, Residential and Urbanistic Projects.

Market Research
At VREIM, we start the service from our technical, commercial and legal departments by means of a meeting with the client in order to know his needs and the particularities of the project to be started.
We propose action guidelines and assign a Project Manager who will be responsible for carrying out an exhaustive evaluation and a detailed action plan.
A technical and commercial team composed of qualified professionals will be presented as appropriate.
